How To Make Baked Chicken With French Onion Soup Mix: Preheat Oven To 350f

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the thawed, fresh chicken breast in a bowl.

Pour in the olive oil and the package of French onion soup. Mix thoroughly.

    Beef bouillon You can use powdered or granules in this recipe. You can also use bouillon cubes and just crush them before adding them to your mix. Granules and cubes can be found at any grocery store, although powdered bouillon is harder to find.

    Pro Tip: If you are needing a low-sodium substitute for onion soup mix , make sure to use a brand of beef bouillon that is low-sodium or sodium-free. Herb Ox makes a great sodium-free bouillon.

    Cooked chickens internal temperature needs to reach 165 to be safe to eat! So about 5 minutes before it should be done, I like to pull my chicken out of the oven and check the internal temperature.

    Because no one should have dry chicken.
