Its not just soup, its soup that has a lot of thought, a lot of ingredients. The richest, most intense, delicious ingredients go into each and every batch. The soup is not ready until it tastes incredible. When it tastes incredible, thats when we shut it off and thats when we start serving it.
At New England Soup Factory, every day we have about five or six house soups that we serve every single day because thats what people depend on.
The reason why people like my soup. We do matzoh ball with noodle and its amazing. Is because I have a lot of emotion inside me. I need chicken soup. Im intense.
