Ingredients

2 cups small broccoli florets

6 ounces rice noodles

6 packets Edward & Sons Organic Traditional Miso-Cup with Tofu
Directions
Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add in the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.
Add in the water and bring it to a boil. Add in the broccoli and noodles. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the noodles are al dente, about 5-6 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cabbage, turmeric juice, and miso packets. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
