Alas, this is one casserole you probably shouldnt freeze. Mayonnaise-heavy casseroles like in this recipe technically can be frozen, but as you thaw your casserole to reuse it, the mayonnaise tends to break, which means the eggs, oil, and vinegar in the mayonnaise will separate and leave you with a weird, gloopy sauce.
The taste will still be fine, but the texture may not be pleasant. Freeze at your own discretion!
