Ive been doing a lot of detoxing this year. Or should I say helping my body detox better. Ive been doing a variety of things like detox rainbow soups, salads, 10-day green smoothie cleanses , drinking my Everyday Detox tea by Traditional Medicinals and this amazing sweet apple cider vinegar detox drink! Oh yeah and FAT BOMBS!!

I started by just mixing it with a little cool water. Hated it and it actaully made me feel queazy for a few minutes to the point where I actually had to sit down. Its much more pleasant this way. I mean its still VINEGAR but its really just like drinking lightly sweetened, tart apple juice. Much easier to get down on an empty stomach in the morning without feeling nauseous.
How Do You Make Weight Loss Soup
Cook this healthy soup on the stovetop or it would be great made in a slow cooker. I am going to give it a try in the Instant Pot. Cooking it for 8 mins on high pressure.
In a large pot, brown ground turkey or cook chopped chicken. Once the meat protein is cooked, drain the fat if there is any.
Prepare your fresh vegetables by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, seeding and chopping the bell peppers, and slicing the mushrooms. Add all the fresh vegetables to the browned chicken.
Stir the contents of the pot together and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, except cilantro and parsley. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
A cup of green beans and or a couple of cups of shredded cabbage would also be a nice addition. If adding these veggies make sure you simmer the soup for 30 minutes or until the cabbage is softened.
Lastly, stir in cilantro and parsley. Since cilantro and parsley can lose their flavor quickly when boiled or simmered add them last. By adding fresh herbs like these last you will add freshness and color to your soup.

How To Make Fat Flush Soup
Start by prepping your veggies! Chop the bell peppers, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, parsley, cilantro, jalapenos, and scallions.
Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven or another large pot over medium heat. Add the turkey, yellow pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned, stirring frequently.
Break the turkey into crumbles with a spatula as it cooks. It will take approximately 20 minutes to cook through.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, aside from the scallions. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. It will take about 15 minutes.
All thats left is ladling the soup into bowls and garnishing with scallions. Dont be afraid to freeze leftovers- they freeze very well!
