What are good ways to remove odor from the trays?

You should not experince residual smells or odors even over an extended period of time to freeze foods with garlic, onions, tomatoes, ginger, cumin, and other spices/ingredients. We always recommend using a dishwasher to clean your Souper Cubes. If you do not have access to one, then clean with soap and hot water. Still have a slight smell in the trays? You can try a baking soda plus vinegar wash as well as baking it in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.

The product has a thick-as-thieves team behind it, with business husband-and-wife team Jake Sendowski and Michelle Strausman at the lead.

According to the Souper Cubes website, Michelle is a seasoned educator turned accidental entrepreneur currently working on her Ph.D. in Higher Education. How Do You Use A Souper Cube

Its pretty easy to use a Souper Cube! I use them like I would use any other container. I ladle my leftovers into the cube to the fill line. Add the lid to the Souper cube and place into the freezer.

When done freezing I simply pop the cubes out and enjoy, or transfer them to these ReZip reusable bags.

When ready to eat Ill microwave the cube of frozen food or reheat it in a pan.

How To Clean Souper Cubes Trays & Lids

I was a little worried that the silicone trays might hold an odor like my silicone seal on the Instant Pot does or stain when using them with dark red sauces and I am happy to say that I have not had any issues with either. I have hand-washed my trays with soap and hot water so far, but they can also be cleaned in the dishwasher if needed.
