Place the raw breasts in a lined or greased casserole dish. Drizzle them lightly with olive oil, sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and cover completely with parchment paper placed directly on top of it, covering the chicken completely.
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the dish in the hot oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of each breast reads at least 165°F. Allow to rest outside the oven, still covered, for 10 minutes before dicing.

- In a large saucepan, heat the butter over medium-high heat saute the minced garlic until tender.
- Sprinkle the gluten-free flour and onion powder over the garlic.
- Stir in the gluten-free chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg . Stir the mixture until the flour dissolves. Bring the cream soup to a boil and stir it until thickened .
- Add the cooked chopped chicken to the soup and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low/simmer and stir in the milk . Simmer, uncovered for about 10-15 minutes.
- Make sure you stir it occasionally and remove the soup from the heat as soon as it becomes as thick as you want it.

Pacific Organic Chicken Noodle Soup With Chicken Bone Broth
When compared to the Progresso Traditional Chicken Noodle soup, Davidson suggests that the two products do not differ much nutritionally. Progresso Traditional Chicken Noodle
While Davidson explains that this Progresso soup uses chicken stock, she notes that this is essentially bone broth. This is why the protein content is identical in both soups, she says, along with the fact that they both use chicken meat as well.
