Review Of Pho Thi Noodle Soup

Soup tasted great and were very large in size. Do not recommend spring rolls, very medicore. Service was sparse, even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. Bathroom could use a little love and cleaning.

I’ve been here today, while I finished my business in the area.I have tried a Pho soup. It was amazing. For lunch, on wednesday, the restaurant was full.People are very nice here, and the food is great and in very big portions.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to this restaurant. The PHO is amazing, but they could do a much better job cleaning the restaurant. The washrooms are horrific and smelly, and is also used as a storage closet. It is very disheartening as a customer who enjoys their food to see the lack of cleanliness, therefore I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. On a POSITIVE note, the PHO really is worth a try, I haven’t found any restaurant in the city that can beat it!!!

Authentic Pho Vs This Quick Pho:

I love authentic pho soup, but I wanted to create a recipe that has great flavor, but doesnt take hours to make or use hard to find ingredients. This pho recipe is exactly that!

Vietnamese restaurants typically simmer their broth all day long in order to create that rich, traditional, cozy blend of flavors that we all know and love. Rather than slow cooking bones for hours, in this pho recipe I use canned broth and simmer it with onion, ginger, and spices.

    • Not microwave-safe

    • Shouldnt be used with acidic foods

Melamine is a type of plastic thats harder and more durable than other plastics, and its often used to make Asian restaurant tableware. Its advantages are that its lightweight, affordable, and sturdy. Its biggest drawback, though, is that its not microwave-safe and should not be used with highly acidic foods .

Another appealing characteristic of melamine is that it looks more like ceramic than other plastics, and this attractive option from Japan features a textured, matte outer surface and traditional Japanese blue-and-white wave design on the interior. At first glance, it looks like porcelain, but its shatterproof and chip-resistant. It has a generous, 47-fluid-ounce capacityenough for a large portion of ramen with broth and toppingsand is also available in an extra-large size that holds 74 fluid ounces, or 9¼ cups.

Asian Pho Soup Bowls 75 Inch 40 Ounce Set of 2 High ...

In choosing the best ramen bowls to eat ramen, you should to consider a few things:

  • Type of bowl: Make sure to check the weight of the bowl of ramen, its shape as well as it curvatures according to ones preference and how you are using to use the bowl of ramen for.
  • Materials used: Most of the best ramen bowls ceramic made, making it more durable and harder to break. But there are also other ramen bowls that are made from plastic and others are also made from melamine. But most of the time, in order to enjoy ramen it is recommended to use the ceramic made noodle bowls as they tend to keep the noodles in the bowls warm for a period of time.
  • Make sure to choose ramen bowls with proper proportions: Ramen usually consists of four components of a complete ramen bowl: the broth, the noodles, its sauce and the toppings. Given the parts included in the ramen bowl, it should accommodate all of these inside the bowl. To make it more exciting, there are some restaurants that add boiled egg or also referred to as Ajitsuke Tamago.

If youre a ramen fan, you know that it requires the right size and shape bowl. Bowls designed for serving side dishes, cereal, or appetizer portions of soup or salad are far too small to hold all the noodles, toppings, and broth for a serving of ramen, while mixing bowls or salad bowls are too large. If you serve noodle soup in a bowl thats too shallow, it will get cold quickly, while a bowl with sharply angled walls or a wide, flat base makes it difficult to fish out all the last tasty bits with your chopsticks. A good ramen bowl also needs to be large enough to have some empty space on top even when filled, so you avoid splashing and spilling broth everywhere as you eat.

Of course, large serving bowls are not just for ramen. Theyre also perfect for serving other Asian noodle soups, like, udon, pho, or Thai-style boat noodles, rice-bowl dishes like donburi, hearty meal-sized salads, smoothie bowls, popcorn, noodle salads, or any other noodle dish. Traditionally, noodle bowls have been made of ceramic, but these days theyre available in many different shapes and materials.
