She cut the chicken into pieces with a scissors in front of us, and placed it into the pot to cook. The chicken was clean .The meal cost 18,000 KRW , and the two of us were pleasantly stuffed. The chicken was absolutely delicious.To find it: Line 1 subway stop Jongno5, exit 6. Walk straight for 30 meters . Instead, after your 30 meter walk, turn left down a big alley, it’s another market. Head straight down this main alley for about 150 meters at least. You’ll past outdoor clothing shop like Patagonia, etc. Eventually the alley will turn into a food street. This restaurant will be on a corner on your left side. Check the photos.

Is Chicken Broth Gluten Free

Most chicken broth is gluten free but I highly encourage you to read the labels. Look for any artificial ingredients, and also make sure the broth wasn’t made on shared equipment!

Cover and bring the chicken soup to a boil. Turn down the heat and allow this chicken soup to simmer for two hours.

After the chicken cooks in the soup for 2 hours, remove the chicken to a separate pan so the bones don’t all fall apart in the soup.

I know it’s not advertised as such, and it’s not an RX food, however we went through the ringer with my yorkies belly issues. He has pancreatitis as well as sensitivities and didn’t seem to digest kibble well anymore. But very few canned foods are low enough in fat on a DRY MATTER BASIS to be acceptable for him with his pancreatitis.
